Awesome in a bottle

Kinda skeptical about this expensive oil additive but I have 172,000 on my Ford 7.3 within 30 miles it sounds quieter and then on the next crank it starts faster and the next day cold start even better and way quieter,awesome in a bottle.

Item was good value but not for my 07 xterra. Ended up disassembling new and old clock springs put new ribbon into old housing and it works.
