A great laptop ruined by Dell

The XPS 13 used to be the best laptop you could buy, but Dell has ruined it. The edge of the machine, where your wrists rest, are annoyingly knife-sharp. The battery life is very disappointing. The microphone did not work in Skype. the keyboard light goes off even though it is set up to stay on. The hinge should open more than it does. Suspend did not work in Linux. This would have been OK for a cheap machine, but this is one of the most expensive laptops.
