Nice hardware; great sound, good quality. Shocking software/app.

Build quality couldn't be better and the packaging is reassuringly robust.
Setting up was a PITA! The only set-up option is via the Sonos app, this did not work on my Huawei phone. Eventually managed using Samsung tablet. The also too linear and only sometimes allows you to skip a section. We only wanted for the tv, but having to go through everything else.... Not very intuitive.
Overall though, worth persisting with.
