Joan Crawford; this is not...
Having seen the amazing Joan Crawford in the original, I suppose I expected to see the same plot and characters, but slightly updated and in colour. However.....this is a different take on the story; Mildred is quite colourless and one cannot fathom the close bond she has with her hideous (but beautiful) daughter Vida. Unless she is just living out her own dreams through the girl; maybe that's it, and Vida is some parasitic cling on that sucks her mother dry, then passes on to make her own life. It is rather slow, being a series format, but enjoyable for all that. Just don't expect a re-run of the Crawford version.

Surprisingly good
I expected poor fit....but no. Bobbling.....no. I bought what I could afford and am pleasantly surprised. Ordering another.

You get what you pay for
3 of 3 found this helpful These cabinets were cheap and relatively cheerful. As long as you don't want to open the drawers frequently. They are a poor fit and jam if you don't exactly get them square on. But they look ok, are neat and got the small space I bought them for. I'll probably replace them with more expensive units when i can afford it
