  The item is really nice, especially at this price. The seller also has excellent communications, even when they are listed as being out of town. Five stars for the seller. As for their shipper, the shipping company said they delivered the product 5 days ago. However I got it today. 5 days after they said they had already delivered it. This is not the fault of the seller. But I do recommend perhaps they try a different shipper. Overall this gets five stars for price and seller.

  Coming back to say that originally I had an issue because these buds were too big for my ears. I felt uncomfortable sending back used buds, and reached out. Ultimately they reached back out to me and noted I must have slipped through the cracks and offered a return or a partial refund. I had already given my partner the buds - so they made it right. So in the end, I truly love their customer service and am thankful I walked away feeling satisfied.

  Great seller! Had an issue with an item that never arrived. Contacted the seller and they responded right away. Offered to refund or resend the items. I chose to have them resend the items.
