Poor communication
Poor communication. After 4 weeks of no word whatsoever, I called L2 Computer to see what the status was. The receptionist talked to the technician and said it was being looked at by a second technician. Two days later, the laptop was shipped back to me unrepaired and arrived with no documentation. They were unable to find the source of the short on the motherboard. They did refund the service charge.

Acceptable alternative for older RJ-11 connector system
1 of 1 found this helpful One of the camera's in an older Samsung SHR-1041K system that uses phone cables with RJ-11 connectors died. This was the least expensive alternative I could find in which I was fairly confident would work (and it did). Running a new cable would have been a pain. The camera's image is a bit grainier than the original but acceptable.
