    First let me start by sharing that the seller was FANTASTIC!! He helped my son with technical issues and questions and was awesome! I would rate him 100% The issue is that the system we purchased was broken by the customs agent who opened it up and examined it and I am looking to understand how we can file a claim against them. Again, the seller was AWESOME! Someone please advise!
