  The shoes were as described, packaged very safely. Value is hard to analyze, as this is my first pair of Nisolo shoes and the internet reviews supported the seller’s description but shoes have no arch support, which I need—I would buy from this seller again in any event, and the shoes were very safely packed for shipping. Nisolo just might be a brand for me.

  This seller sent me an item that was not the item I had bought previously from a store. They said they were 2 oz each jar but I measured them with the ones I had from before and they were significantly smaller. So now I wonder if the product was the same. I was able to get a refund but considering the somewhat bait and switch suspicion, I couldn't believe they deducted the cost of me shipping it back. I have this seller on my do-not-buy-from list.
