Very sensible way to purchase this chemical for spot treatments

A very sensible way to buy this chemical for spot treatments. Only other option to buy this chemical is in 1 lb plastic bottle. Did that, the container smelled bad, even when put into a plastic bag. Took it to the Hazardous Disposal facility. Also, at 0.367 oz each use for spot treatment, the larger container would be unpleasant to have around and would probably be outdated and lose potency before being used up.
