somewhat disappointed with having to do extra process and delay to complete repair

received product at a reasonable time. that was ok, but opened box was somewhat deformed an appeared to have been open. item inside looked ok. when installed could not adjust to specs. diagnostic code 124 part defective. either was returned from another order or defective when manufactured. I just recently returned product to Celtric and asked for a mew one or refund. waiting on reply of their decision.
