Replacement of Higher Quality then OEM.
Installing on 1998 Ford Ranger 3.0L
When first ordering this part I was unsure of the quality could be based off the price. But I needed to stay in a budget and this was out side of that I was expecting to replace. So Taking a chance I ordered the part and it showed up in 3 days when the ETA was still a week out.
This replacement part is higher quality then OEM.
The photos will show the 2 gears and chains side by side and you will see how much thicker the chain and gears to ensure long life for this replacement timing chain gear set.
The replacement took 2 min to install and that included removing the old gear set and install the new.
I already had the block cleaned and was waiting on the parts and had not removed the old set yet.
Everything fit like a glove.

Make sure what head bolts you need.
The reason for the lower score its the Vehicle look up said it was compatible with 1998 ford ranger 3.0l. While all gaskets where correct this package included head bolts that where wrong for this engine. they where shorter and larger diameter Should include the head bolt demotions part of the listing. But over all the gaskets and seals where prefect.
One other note is I wished it had included a list of gaskets and seals included in the kit on the package and listing site as I was unaware it did include Valve seal and I had ordered a set not aware I did not need them.
The Photo was not clear enough to make out exactly what seals and gaskets or the bolts where included. and I gambled on purchase the seals else where.
Overall everything else worked out fine.
