Surprisingly easy

I went to visit relatives and they had an Anova heater. I had never experienced sous vide cooking before and was skeptical. This heater was easy to set up and use as I was shown. The only inconvenience is to brown the food conventionally after removing it from the container but the taste of the food is well worth it. There is no shrinkage of the product your cooking and it cooks in it's own juices. Season to taste and it's probably the best prepared food you'll ever taste. Enjoy!

Convenient and economical

We just had a gathering for Easter and had to fire up the large electric oven for a large ham to cook. While this was cooking we prepared side dishes using the Breville . There are certain items that just taste better cooked in an oven than a microwave and find we/re so happy for this purchase. When it's just for a family of 2 to 4 most items can be cooked in the Breville instead of the large oven which makes it quicker and more economical than using a conventional oven.
