Jury is still out
The part fit like a glove, the only problem is I had to send out my controller to be refurbished, so I won't be sure how well the part works until I get my controller back.

Easy to install!
Both the ball seal and the flange seal came in one package. After watching a YouTube video, I was able to install it in 10 minutes!

Great value!
This product was everything it said it was and more! It even came with a new knob. It's not very often that you find the part you need at a decent price.
