  This item is not new. It was advertised as "New:other" It arrived damaged. It had an inventory control tag. The owner of the tag indicated it was sold at a surplus action. It was missing a part allowing the battery to shift causing the damage. Seller accused me of removing the part and causing the damage. Seller was very snarky during the return process. He filed a case against me. He lost the case. EBay ruled in my favor. EBay gave me a full refund and shipping label to return the item.
