Good detector

I used it to replace an up to date Valentine 1. I don't like the idea I have to connect to the phone to have the Valentine really working well. And the Bluetooth connect that I had to purchase. I did and did not like it still. Too may false signals even not having anything other then KA band and Laser. I live in Southern California and that is what they use over here. Still lots of false signals. The Uniden is a lot quieter but does let me know when there is a KA police radar in the area. I never had an Laser encounter so I can't say it is worse or better but the Valentine had a lot of false signals with laser. I'm very happy that I changed.
