    The seller was great, item arrived and well packaged. Pictures and description was very accurate. A problem with the hardware did occur but was unforeseeable by both parties as this was a hidden problem in the firmware. Seller had great communication as they worked with me to find a solution with quick responses. Though we couldn't fix the issue, the seller was very understanding and the item was refunded. I would definitely buy from seller again!

Between the value of what I received and the value of what I paid, I believe I made out pretty well. The part I really wanted out the auction, the Sandy Bridge Quad Mobile appears to be fine along with the motherboard and a 16GB SD card (not listed in the auction).     Seller accepted a more "affordable" offer (I'm very low on funds and needed this item to repair my computer, when my original power supply finally died after 12 years of constant use). The power supply is as described. It came very carefully packaged (and securely bubble-wrapped). Super speedy shipping...he shipped it yesterday, and I was surprised it arrived today!
