This item does work as advertised.

My 4 star rating is mainly because it actually seems to be well built and it does work. Just know this is a Chinese copy of probably a great product. It DOES work but the supplied instructions are in typical Chinese translation of English and the operating temperature designations for minimum and maximum heat in the do not match the MIN - MAX on the unit. I don't plan on making waffle cones more than once or twice a year. I love ice cream and waffle cones but I also like wearing the same sized clothes for the past 40 decades. No, I don't wear the same clothes from 40 years ago. It certainly does perform as advertised.

Nice product

I bought this product to replace a standard inspection mirror that I dropped and broke. It had a metal frame retaining the glass mirror and offered no shock protection. I feel the plastic housing will offer more shock protection to the mirror. The LED lights are certainly a bonus as I look inside residential walls mostly with my inspection mirror.

Lighter, thinner, but it works!

The plastic material used on this product is thinner and lighter than the original from Food Saver however, it works just fine and the savings is impressive. I see no reason not to buy this product.
