A nice collectible edition of the full collection of all Anderson stories
1 of 1 found this helpful This really is everything as far as I can tell, but it is NOT the Erik Christian Haugaard translation so it's probably not the best version. I can verify that it has the same count of stories as the Haugaard collection which is all the stories, not just a selection of fairy tales. I will keep it with my Barnes and Noble leatherbound collection.

Glad I bought this one-- unusual Shepard title for the completist.
This collection has two short novels by Lucius Shepard and one by Robert Frazier. Frazier had made his first fiction sale to the themed anthology In the Fields of Fire-- his contribution here is his story The Summer People. One of the Shepard stories is the famous How the Wind Spoke at Madaket. It also appears in Shepard's collection The Jaguar Hunter. The other Shepard story is Noman's Land which also appears in his collection The Ends of the Earth. All three stories are short novels. This paperback book seems to be a small press edition-- probably pretty hard to get your hands on unless you check a specialist dealer. Nice book all around.

Good introduction to the new characters of Thrawn and Mara Jade.
2 of 2 found this helpful This series launched the Star Wars expanded universe of novels and stories. I bought it so I could read about Mara Jade, who is a character I knew nothing about except what my friend told me.It sounded interesting so I bought the series. Also Timothy Zahn will be author guest of honor at ConGlomeration 2019 in Louisville this year, so I will see if he will sign them for me.
