My favorite comb
I had a slightly smaller version of this comb for over twenty five years and it finally broke but I couldn't find a replacement locally. I like the sturdy feel of it in my hand and couldn't get used to other standard combs. I found these on eBay which are slightly larger but still have the heft I like so I'm fine with it.

Conveniently covered
This cover is almost perfect. I use my measuring cup daily and sometimes have a little leftover that I just want to pop into the refrigerator and this makes it easy and convenient without dirtying up another bowl. The color is retro and preferable to the ubiquitous red option available everywhere. Better still, my cup has a blue/green tint to it so the top actually coordinates perfectly if those details matter. It's almost perfect overall because the seal around the handle side is not tight when you turn the lid to the "closed" position so I turn it slightly off kilter which still doesn't make a complete seal but I think it's adequate for short term storage.
I like the built in options for pouring, straining and sealing when you rotate it and it's pliable enough that I don't expect it to crack anytime soon as will happen with so many plastic type lids.

My friend loves it
I bought this for a friend to organize her kitchen and she loves it. It's sturdy and holds her heavy dishes with no worries.
