would be great if it would load.

I can't get it to work on our computer, even though it should. We were rather disappointed to say the least.

Listed as new, opened only to take a photo. This phone loads slow. When first turned on to set up, phone was locked and needed to log into previously synced account in order to unlock. We spent days trying on own to work out the problem. Contacted Tracfone, Samsung, and used Google's help menus. Had to pay extra to have professionally unlocked. Found out warranty EXPIRED BEFORE it was purchased...this phone is a couple years old. (And so far not impressed with quality either). Wouldn't buy another one.
