  Absolutely BAD experience with this seller as the phone we received was not as described and pictured in that the seals were already broken and also the phone was an European model rather than UK one. The Item was returned, however, inconveniently we had to open a case in order to get a refund.

  first of all the description does not say UK or EU model, to start with, you could have contacted me if you have any issue with the item or if it didn't meet your expectation, and i could either refund you or resolve any issue, you just ignore all of that and went straight to give a negative feedback and open a case with eBay without contacting the seller, which was not fair and this tells me how naïve and ignorant you communicate on eBay this is one of the worse experience for 13yrs of trade
