Drilled wrong
I received my package faster than expected. Damaged, re-taped box looked like it had been returned. There was a packing list, but no instructions. The bag holding the small parts was ripped. I tried to assemble but it seems like the cross bar on top and one in the base were not drilled on the correct sides, and one bolt was missing. No big deal, it seemed solid, and I have duct tape. I bought the 5 guitar size, but the guitars are very unstable sitting sideways, and easily flip around, hitting another guitar. Could be good with duct tape for storing guitars, but I would not use it for everyday use.

No preset list.
Great little device, lots of features. Just got it so haven't had a chance to use it much. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the owners manual. The PockRock is simple to use, but I wish it had a list of the presets. There is a list for the drumbeats, but not for the guitar effect/amp combos. Seems to be well made. Lots of fun with headphones too.
