Speaker Foam Surround Kit FSK-12A-1
When I discovered that the foam surround of my Optimus Pro SW12 subwoofer speaker (designed to compliment the Realistic Minimus 7's) I was disappointed. Having replaced speaker surrounds once before on a pair of six by nine car speakers, I thought I would look for a repair kit for my Optimus Pro and fix it myself. This kit from Simply Speakers has only two items - the glue and the surround. But the best part of this kit is the well defined instructions and the video available on YouTube. After reading the instructions and viewing the video multiple times I went and began the process. As described, while the glue was still wet, the speaker cone did "center" itself and there was no rubbing at the voice coil. After allowing the recommended drying time and then some, I hooked up the Optimus Pro with the Minimus 7's and the sound was as perfect as when I purchased everything o so many years ago. If you are a "do it yourself-er" this will be easy for you to do. Recommended.

The Klipsch Sound Lives!
3 of 3 found this helpful These Klipsch KG 5.2's are a large two way system featuring a one inch horn loaded tweeter and a ten inch woofer augmented by a twelve inch passive radiator. The crossover frequency is 1800 Hz. Despite this, these speakers have a very nice midrange and very stable, defined imaging. With a frequency response down to 34hz, the 5.2's are capable of delivering the lowest of frequencies, perfect for reproducing the low tones of a pipe organ. I find the sound very balanced and perfect for playing any type of music. All this and they are very good looking, too. At the time of their introduction, they when the top of the line of the KG series. I recommend the Klpisch KG 5.2's very highly.

Design and function…
Very stable unless arm is pivoted too far forward. To compensate, I added weight to the base. Note the base is fairly heavy and will keep itself planted with normal angles. Comes with hex wrenches to adjust the base swivel and arm bend tensions. Has a ball swivel backing the tablet holder allowing landscape, portrait and tilt angle adjustment. I did have to remove my iPad’s (gen 9) bulky protective case to fit it in the holder but it fit my gen 6 iPad with its case. Only improvement would be a heavier base to allow more arm extension but excellent otherwise.
