Getting to know our Barista Express

We ended up buying a used machine locally. The model is perfect except to get a stable, repeatable shot it needs to warm up 20 to 30 minutes even if you pull dry shots to get things up to temperature. Other than timing, we love it.

The Brikka is the closest to an expensive Espresso machine. The extraction gives you robust espresso and crema to top it off. The picture and description above do not match. The product name is Brikka, not to be confused with the Mokka pots.
