I've been a tech enthusiast for over 50 years. From building a hifi vacuum tube amplifier in 10th grade all the way up to using and repairing the latest digital devices, I’m pretty dialed in.     I left a negative review because my AirPod replacement wasn’t working. But the seller reached out to me and offered a return even though it was stated that returns where not accepted in the item description. He walked me though the process of pairing and they worked.     The tuner arrived but FedEx's rough handling impacted the tuning knob jamming the interior encoder ring, sigh. Food for thought: foam blocks or packing peanuts in place to isolate all sides of the tuner from the sides of the box would have prevented this. Fortunately, the damage was repairable with no visible sign of the repair. Overall, after the repair, the tuner is in better than expected condition. It will do nicely as part of a vintage, 90's era, system.

    I am very sorry for your inconvenience. FWIW, I spent a lot of time packing your tuner. I try not to use packing peanuts due to the mess and disposal issues they can cause my buyers. But I thought I used more than enough bubble wrap. I will take your advice and go overboard on heavier items going forward. Glad everything worked out. Thanks for your purchase and repair skilz!

Appears to be the real thing
Arrived quickly in a small plastic bag. Bose logo as shown. Put it in my QC3 and it fired up right away, then went to charge it and the charger shut off after a few seconds because it was fully charged. Ran the phones for 8 hours, then recharged and ran them for 24 hours. By that time, the power light was blinking, indicating the charge was running low, but it was still going. Charged again and it's all good.

Why is it do so hard to make a fully functional power supply?
Like many others, I experienced the issue of the trackpad being unusable when the power supply is connected. This will charge your Chromebook but you can't use it while it is charging. If that limitation works for you, then it is a decent charger, but it is not equivalent to the original, and should not be described that way.
