good glue
good glue sticks well but a bit messy would be better with a nozzle on the bottle to squeeze it out instead of a brush or sponge

THEY WORK FOR ME
when i get cramp in my legs and feet i take 3 tablets and it goes away in 10/15 min there great i will be ordering more when they are finished
