Perfect w/ Win10

Perfect plug and play w/ Win10, no drivers or other fussing needed. Two external drives working fine off of card. Just installed, so no idea about durability.

Only outputs to 3.5mm in Receive Mode

Works fine, but note that it only outputs to the 3.5mm audio jack in Receiving mode (i.e. it can not be used as a receiver for the USB connection back to computer). Works fine for what I really needed it for, though, which is as a BT transmitter from my PC to my wireless headphones.

If your a rural brewer....you need this

If you're looking to convert from 20lb tank LP to house-pressure LP (11"wc), this is your boy. Boils water for brewing a bit faster, and little to no CO problems. House LP is ~ 1/4 the price of tank....so it will quickly pay for itself.
