Great Western Style chefs knife.

8” Shun “Western Style” chefs knife has a thicker blade (behind the edge) and is better for heavier cutting task than the Shun 8” Classic. Also has more of a belly for rocking style cutting performance. Still very sharp knife, just more substantial.

Shun Pro 6 1/2” Deba is sharp out of the box. The size is perfect. Fit and finish is quite nice and the etching really gives us a distinct look.
