Pretty good adaptability.

I bought these to replace the deteriorated pads on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid's wireless headphones. It required me to pull the old ones off, trim the excess material from the plastic flange, replace the flange, and peel and stick these in place. These are a little bigger than the old ones, so there is an exposed sticky area circumferentially. But so far no issues and a lot cheaper than replacing the headphones.
