Good Price, but Fails Prematurely
I've purchase a total of 4 of these power adapters for use with LED strip lights. I've used them approx 10 hours a day for two weeks. They are attached to two LED strips, each strip is 16.4 feet, and consumes 2.2 watts per foot....that means the total wattage draw on the power supply is 72.16 watts...well below the advertised 96 watt capacity of these power adapters.
As of today, 2 of the 4 have failed. It starts with the LED strip lights flashing on/off randomly. In both failure instances, the power adapters became too hot to touch.....telling me they were failing. After cutting power, and replacing the power adapter, the LEDs function as they should. Although the price is right on these power adapters, in my case they seemed to lack durability/longevity.

Great for product photography
After purchasing a brand new Nikon D3300, and finding it very lacking for product photography, I went looking for a Sony..... I also own a DSC HX100V, which preformed great for product photography....so I decided to try this model (DSC HV200V). It's worked out great. The auto settings take excellent quality images in a lighting tent scenario.
Most of the images I take are destined for website/internet use, so in reality 18MP is somewhat overkill, but overall, for product photography, I far prefer this camera to the Nikon D3300.

Great Wireless N router..... Better with DD-WRT
4 of 4 found this helpful I have three of these routers in my home network. Personally I prefer the version 1 & 2 models over the newest (version #3). With factory firmware they work well, have a very straight forward and simple setup/interface, and are easy to maintain via the web interface. Where they really shine is when the firmware is upgraded to DD-WRT (only available for versions 1 &2).
The down side to these, as well as almost any Netgear product is the awful customer support. Netgear seems to be intent on making money from their customer support..... the warranty on their products is short, and if you happen to need customer support, they will try to "up sell" you a $150 to $179 service plan...which is really only paying money to talk to a customer service rep. In my experience, their customer support reps lack knowledge, are somewhat rude. If you are competent with wireless products and networks, netgear products are excellent. If you are a novice, go with another brand that offers better warranties and customer support.
