I used a 2 AA battery pack I had and some alligator clamps and everything else worked, so it’s just a matter of sorting that out. Great value, thanks again!

Good condition, nice to use
Aside from the scratches and minor dents on the front (which could easily be remedied by replacing the screen), this thing is an absolute gem and a great thing to have. Came packed well enough, and the charger is in shockingly good condition considering these ones have a tendency to break if you so much as look at them wrong. The new battery is good and lasts for a few days without charge with the amount I use it (a few hours per day intermittently). Overall, great.

Almost perfect replacement part for my o...
Almost perfect replacement part for my old iPod! The hold switch is the only thing that bothers me somewhat (it isn't as smooth to click as the OEM Apple part). Regardless, it was a good purchase.
