Extremely happy with Nest

I have been thinking about getting one of these devices for a couple of years. I am really glad I have done so and just watching how it has learned when I am home and not home and how it saves me money is awesome. Also the fact that I can control it from wherever I am has been nice.

Battery arrived dead and is useless

The battery I received was dead on arrival. I placed it on a RYOBI high power charger for 12 hours. It received no charge and the charge shows an alternating red / green light which means it has an error. I placed several other batteries on the same charger and they have no issues.

Product works though not as quick as i would like.

I bought a previous one of these that always got hot when in use. This one does not do that. However when transferring information to or from it takes an extremely long time compared to other USB flash drives I use on the same computer.
