  Seller provided me with a full refund. USPS is holding my package at their facility and won't release it as I don't have a piece of paper that was left by letter carrier. Such paper must have blown away off my door. The postal service would not make a second attempt to deliver the package. Very disappointed with USPS. Seller had excellent customer service.
