  Item was delivered packaged very well and in damaged. Upon examination it is pristine with only a couple of scratches on the inside. Price was dropped just a day after my purchase and before delivery. Upon contacting customer service they offered to refund me the difference. Excellent customer service and support.   This seller is phenomenal! I just recently started buying from them mainly because of their support of persons with developmental disabilities. An added bonus added is the fair prices that they offer their watches for. I have had no problems whatsoever with their descriptions compared to what I receive . The watches I have received are in better shape than their pictures show in many cases. Their communication is quick and accurate and the delivery has been spot on. Thank you so much.

  Always a little weary about refurbished but the listing said certified and I was extremely happy when it arrived there were no physical wear or scratches and it's in perfect condition works as described so far and I am really happy that it was half the price of a new one and it looks great works like brand new and I'm super happy I went with it quality product at half the price shipping was super fast and and arrived in a well packaged box A+ seller and I will be purchasing again!!!
