This is par for the Post office. The book is creased but it is a low grade anyways. I am happy with the seller (should use thicker board so USPS can't fold so easily) .

died 25 days after I got it
5 of 6 found this helpful I dont know if this is a characteristic of this TV but it worked fine for 25 days and then it died no opicture no menu nothing. I am still waiting for a replacement from cicuit city who by the way has terrible customer service.
buyer beware.
If you do buy it make sure you get from someone like costco who will replace it with no questions asked stay away from circuit city
