Cheap Broken Product
As soon as I opened it, It exploded everywhere. The component of the product that "filters" the product was broken upon opening it.

Good pregnancy toning workout
2 of 2 found this helpful I like this because the instructor isn't so easy on you. Seems like with many pregnancy workouts, women are babied and it turns out to be a waste of time since we are treated so fragilely. I really feel like I can be tone and pregnant using this workout. It doesn't have any cardio in it though, so supplementation of some other form of exercise is needed for balance.
