Garmin Vivosmart HR Fitness Heart Rate Steps Sleep Monitor Regular Fit Watch

Unreliable

I got this device because it's supposed to measure my heart rate throughout the day, through sleep, and through my workout & activities, and give me an accurate calorie count (factoring in my settings - height, weight, etc). First of all, ever time I scrolled over to pulse (to see if I was within my desired zone), it was waaaay below... it would start catching up, but then switch screen before showing the accurate pulse (I timed my pulse to see if it was measuring accurately). My first guess was sweaty wrist affected it? If so,what's the point? But then it happened all the time. I got in the habit of checking because I spent a lot of money so wanted to see if it was correct! I tried changing the settings/changing arms...in the end, my conclusion is it's a piece of expensive trash. How do I even know if it was measuring my sleep correctly if during the day it wouldn't? My old Polar watch with the old-school band around my chest was waaaaay more reliable and accurate. Replacing the battery is cheaper too. Unfortunately I was lured in by all the app frills..

GRAINY texture

I'd been using the vanilla flavor of this product and loved it so decided to switch things up and order the chocolate for once.. BIG mistake. The chocolate is NOTHING like the vanilla in texture. The vanilla was creamy and yummy, this one is grainy. Even being a chocolate lover, this chocolate flavored one is disgusting. As far as protein/calories, this is a great value product, but I'd recommend sticking to the vanilla flavor. Add some cocoa powder if you really want chocolate flavor.
