3 of 25 found this helpful When I saw this electric reel, I thought it would be a great Father's Day gift for my husband.
I read the description of the product, it did mentioned very little about the required battery. It just says it needed a battery. That's it.
My mistake is the lack of research. Let's face it, we usually buy first and then once we have the purchased product we start examine it and we do the research. If I had known, the battery needed for the electric reel is the size of a regular car battery, I would not had bother to even considered buying it.
I tried returning the product, and I was flabbergasted when I saw how much the restocking fee and the returned shipping cost. I will lose $100 if I returned the product.
Now I remember why I stop shopping at eBay. This is the main reason. They don't allow you grace period of being a satisfied customer. Once you buy, you're stuck with it regardless if you're satisfied or not.
