Great product.

Really notice the difference in my joints
These are small and easy to take.
I take one in the summer months and two during the winter. I have taken them for 6 months now and the winter months have been much more manageable with this brand with the extra ingredients.
I ran out of them and ended up not taking them for 2 weeks and my joints were stiff and painful. It can take a few weeks for the relief to kick in, but stick with it! I wouldn't be without them now. I used to have to take pain killers every day but don't need to now.
