  Seller shipped a disc wrapped between 2 sheets of thick paper and then placed in a regular first class envelope. Put 2 stamps on it, without tracking and then put in his listing that a pic of the addressed envelope is enough proof that it was delivered. How many things are wrong here. Seller after going back and forth 3 times, apologized. The seller said he would do things differently. Let's hope so. I was refunded by the seller, not eBay. He did make it right.
