Brand new item, exactly as described, at exceptionally good value because the box was slightly creased - and I mean slightly, i.e. hardly noticeable. And, on top of that, if it couldn't get any better, I ordered the item yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning! Again, outstanding! I cannot recommend ebuyer-direct highly enough and will not hesitate to buy from them again if they have any other items for sale that I am looking for. Thank you for a simply brilliant experience.

I contacted ebuyer-direct and had a quick and effective response from Jake in Customer Services. He apologised for the error and said if I purchased a UK adaptor he'd refund the adaptor price. So I did and he did. Excellent customer service, admitting the error and dealing well with it. Many thanks!

I'd asked that the third one be checked before being sent, which it was, and it works perfectly. This is exactly what you want from a seller: willingness to resolve a problem, and this seller couldn't have been more helpful in getting it sorted, so 5*. Thank you.

When the parcel arrived there was invoice from the company that sold it which stated the cost was £18.02 Inc vat, and free postage. So somewhere someone has added £3.60 which seems to be a postage charge. This should be looked at, I tried to contact e-bay but the to try and contact was very complicated so I just gave up as this was being done by phone. As for the product it does what it says and what it was needed for.
