  This buyer failed to respond after leaving a message about the items he received. I did ask for a photo based on the complaint. At that same time, I gave a full refund and told him to keep the items, as he stated he had other pieces of this set, and he could use what he bought from me as fillers. He made an angry statement that I overlooked and reimbursed anyway. Two days later he left very angry false statements in negative feedback. Also put a photo of 8 forks, I sold him 6.
