Nothing but great things to say about the phone.
I have had this phone for probably 6 or 7 years. I originally purchased the set of 3 that includes a base phone. I currently use 6 throughout the house. Over the years 2 have gone "west" necessitating the new purchases. The only other expense has been replacement of the battery in several units after 4-5 years.
The phone has good sound quality, many nice features such as Intercom, checking messages from any phone etc.

Motorola K1 KRZR A good Motorola V3 Replacement
I had been using a Motorola V3 RAZR for several years. It started to reboot itself and turn itself off at random. I looked at a number of V3, V3Z etc for a replacement. I came upon the Motorola K1 KRZR. It appeared to be a newer clone of the V3 and also a bit smaller. I purchased it from an EBAY seller in the USA as most seemed to be from Hong Kong and felt that if I had any problems they could be easily resolved within the US. I took both phones to a T-Mobile store where they had techies in the store to assist. They took my old RAZR V3, copied it all the data over to the new KRZR K1. Just about everything was copied except "Groups". The old V3 enabled you to create Groups like Food, Family, Medical etc. Unless I have not discovered the correct button, Phone entries no longer contain the Group. Other than that, the new phone is absolutely great. It has IM, Texting, Blue Tooth, Games etc. It is however just a PHONE and not anything with Apps as an Iphone.
