  The skates arrived very nicely packed, but upon arrival, I noticed they were missing the brake and installation tool. After bringing this to the seller's attention and explaining this to them, they were courteous enough to refund me the amount it would cost me to buy the brake on my own. Even though they did not ship the skates missing the brake on purpose, they still worked with me to reach a resolution. The skates are very pretty and feel very durable, they are as shown in the listing.
