The phone is working almost fine. Only thing that takes one star away, is the fact that it eats my batteries very very fast. If it is sitting on the table on idle, it eats the full battery in about 14 hours. Standby time should be over one week! I have also tried brand new spare battery, same problem. Actually tried 4 different batteries, which 2 were totally new. Some internal electronics have failed in the phone, in 12 years, even it was sold as "new in shelf". Other functions are working.

Durable wire + good sound.

Excellent and very rare to find enhancement to your Cowon product. High quality, good sound quality. Little tight to plug in compared to Cowon charging cable, but it will go with care. Only bad thing is that Cowon records in WMA-format and you cannot change that. Good thing is you can listen your source, while recording. To do so, plug headphones to Cowon, and line-in to your recording source. When you play a recording, it automatically stops line-in music from coming to your Cowon. When you pause, it continues line-in source sound. Very handy Cowon-feature.

Excellent, quiet, long-life. Nice facade. Just install and forget.

Pros: Hidden, nice looking and quiet device. Cons: Variable fan speed would be nice, if you would like to make it even quieter or speed it up sometimes. Also be careful before starting it, take away additional install-screw pouch in the fan compartment. It is hidden there. All in all, very polished and quality product. Really recommended.
