    This seller and his staff are great!!! UPS was terrible with the delivery of my package. I was not home the day they brought it. the tracking said it would come the next day. I was home and it never was delivered They sent it back to the seller and said I refused it which was a lie!!! With the help of Ken's staff, I received it today! Thank you very much!!!!

    The sewing machine is just as described and came with everything included on the box. It felt like unboxing a completely new machine, definitely worth it for the money.     I bought a refurbished HD-1000 from this seller, but unfortunately it arrived dysfunctional. Despite my best efforts to get it running properly, I wasn't able to. So I went to contact the seller, preparing myself for the worst, but on the contrary I received customer service that was nothing short of the best. (Thanks, Kevin!) I was given a prepaid return label, and a brand new machine that both looked and worked excellent. So if you're looking for the right seller, the folks here are just that.
