Great Home Kitchen Scale
This scale has more functions and more decimal places than my previous scale. Also, the readout lights up and you can set the tare to stay on and not time out. The only negative is the noise it makes, but you can unplug that if you don't mind taking the scale apart. It is just a minor annoyance.

Not Ideal Solution
The butter keeper works, but you have to keep the water changed often or mold begins to form at the edges. I use filtered water and spray with colloidal silver and still have to wash the "bottom" and change the water 2 - 3 times per week.

Does the Job
This is the first banneton I have used but it seems sturdy and does what is expected.
