    The seller sent me a center wheel cover without the center retention ring that actually allows you to attach it to the wheel. I started the return process, and he accused me of being dishonest and looking for a free handout. Really? Stay away--unprofessional doesn't even describe it. I attached a photo of the complete part (lower image) and what he sent me (upper image).
