  Ring bent in shipping, had to pay local jeweler to fix.

  This ring was in perfect condition when shipped. I offered to refund this buyer but he refused. I'm sorry the item was damaged during shipping, but to refuse to work with me in fairly settling the matter and then leaving neutral feedback when it was not due to any fault of my own seems unfair.
