  Item came damaged, was packed poorly, and the packaging of the dinosaur was opened upon unboxing. Description said "new", and it was clearly not. When I asked seller for a refund, I was accused of opening the item and damaging it myself, despite it being a birthday present for my child that hadn't come yet. I had to escalate the issue in order to receive a refund. I will never buy from this seller again. Buyer beware!
